Background:
I am practicing mindfulness meditation for the last 8 years. I usually use guided meditation tracks for my practice and that's why I decided to work on this type of programs. I have been fortunate enough to work with many gifted meditation teachers. From simple guided tracks to advanced programs for post natal depression, professional poker players, weight loss, complex breathing exercises, etc.
