1. A refund request can be submitted if the work has not been completed in accordance with the terms of the order within 14 days after the freelancer has submitted the work. To request a refund, contact support at [email protected] or visit this link.
2. If you have confirmed that the freelancer completed the work as agreed, a refund is not possible.
3. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
4. If a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, you must notify us by email at [email protected] no later than the date of your refund request.
