I work with authors at any stage in their writing process. I primarily work on books in the romance and fantasy genres, though I have also dipped my toe into crime and science fiction. I'm a voraciously keen reader and a skilled writer, and I enjoy collaborating with authors on their journey to publishing.

1) A romance or fantasy author with a completed first draft, looking for a reliable editor to outline what works well in your novel and offer insightful and constructive feedback regarding what needs development. I can help with plot development, character development, pacing issues, structural changes, etc.

2) An author who has a completely edited manuscript and is looking for a proofreader with fresh eyes to catch any typing errors (such as double spaces or finger slips), spelling errors, and grammar issues. I am eagle-eyed and able to fix these things before you self-publish!

3) An author who needs help with writing a query letter to literary agents. Let's make your letter memorable and really highlight the marketability of your novel.

I am able to identify anything that is stopping your story from being great. I make all edits in Word using Track Changes, and I will never make any change that compromises the voice or intention of the author.
